I'll take that bit o' snow the past couple days over the winter we had last year. At the same time...it kinda' freaks you out when you have a winter as mild as this one's been.

Great blog by the way. Glad BE popped me by.

Jack - I'll take snow over smog, mind you Toronto is getting a little too much smog these days... time to move north again.

Fred - Winter has been a rollercoster ride this year. A couple of days ago it was well above freezing and not a flake of snow to be seen.

Winter is slowly creeping back to my neck of the woods. It was 65 degrees on Friday and the temp just seems to be dropping 5-10 degrees every day. I can't say that I am looking forward to any more snow.

Scott - it's the best we can hope for. :)

I've always considered the glass to be completely full all the time. Only the ratio of water to air changes.

I thought this picture looked deliciously snug. Like you were sipping hot chocolate in a toasty kitchen, looked out the window and snapped a pic. Then I read your posts. Maybe it is actually a pretty counterbalance provided by Mother Nautre, to ease the pain and deep despair of a conservative hegemony and the coming out party for the newest virulent super virus. Or maybe it is the evil icing on evil times.

I can't decide if things are half full :) or half empty :o today.
